Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely, anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being confirmed.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Orders ship from within the UAE and usually arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Times can vary with your location, the courier and busy seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery is currently free across the UAE. Any shipping charge would always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

4. Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

6. Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but courier issues, weather or public holidays can sometimes cause delays.

7. Correct Address

Please check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
