Welcome to Skyloric. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Skyloric, which operates this online store at skyloric.shop (the "Services"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with a parent or guardian. You agree to give an accurate name, address and phone number.

2. Products

We show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images. Product details, availability and prices may change without notice.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once our team has confirmed it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address can't be served, the order can't be confirmed, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. Products are sold for personal use.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery within the UAE is free. All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery; the amount due is the price shown when you placed your order.

5. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery times are estimates. Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

6. Product Use and Responsible Use

Please follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product. Products with cameras or recording features must be used responsibly and in line with UAE law, including laws protecting privacy. You are responsible for how you use the products you buy.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website belongs to Skyloric or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to place fake or fraudulent orders, to harass our staff or couriers, or to copy the website with automated tools.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Skyloric is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make in our store is made directly with Skyloric, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
